Our plans are great for the first phase of any project, Planning and Design. These are NOT STAMPED or CERTIFIED plans so please check with your Building Department (Or use our Phone Call Consultation to check with us) to be sure that you are not required to have certified site plans for your project.
REMINDER: If you do need stamped or certified plans from a Land Surveyor or Engineer providing high quality plans to begin with can expedite your lead time.
